Customer service is definitely not something Kolosso take seriously. I was told the parts would be warranty but that the rotor resurface was $55 even though rotors were damaged by parts covered under warranty also $100 deductible for the front brake system to be replaced. On top of that all I received was attitude and smart a$$ answers from service manager. I was in talks with salesman about new Ram to replace my current truck when I first dropped off my van for service. But I have now taken my business to another dealer I will not purchase any vehicle from Kolosso so long as the current sales manager is still employed there. More
