The staff was extremely courteous and professional. One person that really stood above the rest was, Joe Sierra. He went out of his way to give us information and a phenomenal price to make our decision very easy. He even bought us lunch while we were waiting to speak w the finance mgr. Koeppel you really have a gem of a sales manager and a person in Mr. Sierra. You don’t find people like Joe Sierra anymore in the car business. Thanks for the exceptional experience. I will definitely recommend Koeppel Subaru and Joe Sierra to my friends, family and coworkers for there car purchasing needs. More

Waste of time Made an appointment over the phone for Monday at 8:45 am to have my vehicle looked at for steering issues. Got a call at 4 pm to tell me the cost to all the parts possibly involve. I suggest the less expensive solution but was told to come back tomorrow to have it fix with no loaner. So I was force to pick up the car asap before they close which I request to leave work immediately. Tuesday I dropped off the vehicle at 9 am and paid half as per adviser. She also told me she will apply 10% off the part. I received a call at 4 pm to pick up the vehicle. I paid in full and drove off. After looking at my receipt, the 10% wasn't applied. I had to make another trip to collect my money. I told the adviser what I'm expecting back and she said "this is getting ridiculous" and request my wife contact number. She mention a figure and was confirm to my wife. Afterward she hands me the receipt which wasn't even what she mention. She tried to play dumb and talk about uncle sam. I told her just give me the receipt and I'll be on my way. She stops me in the middle of the street just to tell me she made another mistake about the customer receipt and her accountant copy. As its clearly states Koeppel employee don't value your time and money including your life. This is the first visit and also will be my last. Being untrained is an understatement. This is clearly just unintelligent at its best. More

Takes forever to get an appointment; expect to be mistreated when you arrive. More
Best buying experience!! I went to look at cars with my daughter with no intention to buy.. He was very friendly and polite. Discussed a price and came to an agreement. We next went to speak with the business manager, Maureen Hefferman. I told her we really weren't looking to today, because my daughter was still away at college. We spoke to Maureen, and told her our situation. She was very friendly, understanding, knowledgeable , and most importantly she didn't pressure us. I bought many cars in the past and by far Maureen was the most comforting and understanding. She gave me all the right reasons to buy the car without any pressure. My daughter and I discussed it and decided to go ahead and buy the car. We would like to thank Maureen for her kindness and honesty, for our best car buying experience. Will highly recommend Koeppel Subaru to our family and friends!! More

Questionable Service Had an engine light on and couldn't figure out why. Finally took it to Koppel's service center and they pretty much just reset the light. The light ca Had an engine light on and couldn't figure out why. Finally took it to Koppel's service center and they pretty much just reset the light. The light came back on 2 minutes after picking up the car. I went back and all they told me was that the system needed to relearn the settings. (total xx) That's when I knew they were not going to be helpful. Went to another garage and they found out that my sensors were bad. These guys just do xx work and charge you for it. More
