Quick and Easy Having had our eye on a specific type of car for a while, my wife and I came across almost the exact one we had in mind, at a price we could afford. We heard from other community members that this dealership was fantastic to work with. I had never purchased a car through a dealership before (having only bought private owner) so I went in with a bit of trepidation. Would we be overpaying? Buying things we don’t need? Talked out of the car we wanted for something more expensive? Etc. Nope! In fact, we were never even shown an alternate vehicle to the one we wanted. Our dealer, Nelson, made us feel quite welcome and never pushed us in any way. Whenever my wife and I needed a few minutes to discuss amongst ourselves, we were given plenty of time and space. We ultimately bought the car we wanted, and while there was a slight hiccup when I went to drive the car off the lot (car had a bad battery) Nelson and crew remedied the situation as fast as possible. I even received follow up phone calls afterwards to make sure everything was going good. Very much appreciated that. I would absolutely recommend visiting this dealer/ship when in the market for a Subaru! More
