just perfect after a long research and thought about buying a car i decided to walk in to koeppel. they set me up with Nelson. Nelson is the man!!! He was very friendly, personable and professional. he took his time explaining all of my questions and drove us out to the warehouse where we can see and feel the car. i fell in love right away but he didnt know that lol. after some back and forth with the offer Nelson came with an offer i couldnt resist. i was already pre qualified for financing from my bank but after Jose did his magic he was able to get a lower rate than my own bank. He showed me side by side comparison which i couldn't believe. Jose is amazing!! we were laughing and talking throughout the whole process and it really made me feel comfortable and valued. through it all, these guys really impressed me because i didnt feel like i was just a transaction. thank you koeppel More

Quick and Easy Having had our eye on a specific type of car for a while, my wife and I came across almost the exact one we had in mind, at a price we could afford. W Having had our eye on a specific type of car for a while, my wife and I came across almost the exact one we had in mind, at a price we could afford. We heard from other community members that this dealership was fantastic to work with. I had never purchased a car through a dealership before (having only bought private owner) so I went in with a bit of trepidation. Would we be overpaying? Buying things we don’t need? Talked out of the car we wanted for something more expensive? Etc. Nope! In fact, we were never even shown an alternate vehicle to the one we wanted. Our dealer, Nelson, made us feel quite welcome and never pushed us in any way. Whenever my wife and I needed a few minutes to discuss amongst ourselves, we were given plenty of time and space. We ultimately bought the car we wanted, and while there was a slight hiccup when I went to drive the car off the lot (car had a bad battery) Nelson and crew remedied the situation as fast as possible. I even received follow up phone calls afterwards to make sure everything was going good. Very much appreciated that. I would absolutely recommend visiting this dealer/ship when in the market for a Subaru! More
