i was unfortunate enough to have my brand new crosstrek catastrophically break down near this dealership. the first time they had my car for about a month, mostly waiting on parts, not their fault. they ma catastrophically break down near this dealership. the first time they had my car for about a month, mostly waiting on parts, not their fault. they managed to rush the parts and get my car back to me in as timely of a manner as possible. that being said, the mechanics are clearly incompetent. they got my car drivable again, but less than a day of having it back, my car started making some very concerning sounds, needless to say i had to bring it back to the shop by the end of the week to correct the issue of the mechanics not torquing down bolts properly. they "fixed" that issue, but now I've been driving my car for about a month or two now, and im starting to hear the same concerning sounds in the same locations again, so i know im going to have to bring my car into the shop for the same issues. im not going back to this dealer. they cant seem to get things right the second time so im not going to try for a third. that being said, their customer service is great, their mechanics are terrible. May God have mercy on your soul if you live in Port Angeles and this dealership is your only option for a certified Subaru dealership if you need anything other than an oil change. More

Based on my experience, the Koenig Service Department managers are dishonest and the technicians are incompetent. I visited the service department regarding an issue with the battery drain. I found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. What more can a person ask for.
