Approximately 9 months ago my husband and I purchased our "1st" new car. We went to the dealership with our son because he was interested in trading in his truck for a more economical vehicle. He lived in Germany for 2 years and believed in German engineering. We stopped that day with him just for support. Lance was his salesman. We were so impressed with everything that Lance educated my son about that we began to think maybe we should trade in our vehicle for a new one. We were very happy with our previous vehicle, but Lance explained the advantages of VW and we became interested. That day, Lance stayed late and sold both our son and us a new car. Lance has stayed in touch since the time of purchase to be sure we were happy with our purchases. During the past 9 months I had the interaction with Tim in the service department. I was not pleased with his response to a warranty question I had so I contacted Lance. Lance had my question resolved within 1 hour of my conversation with him. Not only did he have it resolved, he went above and beyond the normal course of action a dealership would take to be sure I was satisfied. I would recommend ANYONE to visit Lance and see how he can meet your vehicle needs. He listens to you and works with your wants and your budget at the same time.
