HORRID! This place is a joke. Bought a Lemon, but they wouldn't help out at all. Had to get my car replaced from the car manufacturer. Kocourek is the worst place to get a vehicle. Once your car isn't under warranty anymore, be prepared to pay big money & then they don't even find a solution to your problem! And they never throw in the free car wash after no warranty either! Both Wausau Imports & The Ford dealership are places I will never go again. Bought my vehicle brand new from Wausau Imports and have had nothing but trouble. I went to the Ford dealership once just to look at vehicles & the salesman was extremely rude. More

DO NOT BUY FROM ANY KOCOUREK DEALER! So many problems with purchasing our vehicle, it was even back up for sale the day we went to pick it up, after we had already signed and paid for it. During our mont with purchasing our vehicle, it was even back up for sale the day we went to pick it up, after we had already signed and paid for it. During our month warrenty it spent most of it in the shop, so by the time we actually were able to drive it the warrenty was up and now the issue they "claimed to fix" was the wrong issue and now we are stuck trying to come up with $3,000 so we can drive what was supposed to be our reliable vehicle. It's pretty sad that my first dealer purchase was so terrible and cost me more money for repairs in 6 months than my older beater car has cost me in 1 year. Kocourek really should right their wrong. I actually would consider looking at their vehicles again for my next car, but that is only if they were to fix what they should have fixed in the first place. I am pretty sure they won't even take the time to fix the vehicle I purchased from them, but I want to warn others out there. My family had made several purchases from Kocourek dealers, but since hearing about our problems they have decided to go elsewhere. Do not waste your hard earned money. It'll cost you more in the long run than you would ever imagine. More

Wow. Where to I begin? After visiting this dealership I quickly remembered why I hate looking for a new car. I pulled into the lot and attempted to drive through the lot. I had my one year old daughter in the car with me so I didn't want to stop, but rather just drive through the lot quickly. As I turned the corner in the lot the sales manager jumped out in front of my car. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do. I was thinking to myself, "Is this real?" Yes, it was. My sister was with me, and started laughing hysterically. At first it was so shocking I laughed, but then realized how crazy this man was. After he jumped in front of my moving car he came to the side of my car and was motioning for me to roll my window down. I proceeded to do so, and he was asking me to just get out of the car and that he could help me find what I wanted. I explained I had my daughter with and didn't have a lot of time. He persisted not caring about my situation. Long story short, I parked my car (afraid that if I didn't go in that I would be attacked trying to leave again) and went inside. They talked to me for almost an HOUR while my child was getting fussy. I finally walked out telling them I MUST go home. They persisted I stay to talk about the cars. I was so frustrated!! I went to FRED MUELLER in WAUSAU, WI instead and had the best experience ever!! IM WARNING ALL OF YOU NOW: STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM KOCOUREK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They proved to me that they are inconsiderate and crazy. There pricing was also not fair and they liked to "game play." NOT the experience I wanted. More

Bought a used Hyundai with no warranty and 6 weeks later had $1200 worth of repairs that needed to be done. Kocourek said it was "as is" sale, but why didn't they find these things during the inspection the had $1200 worth of repairs that needed to be done. Kocourek said it was "as is" sale, but why didn't they find these things during the inspection they bragged about and why weren't theses problems disclosed on the inspection report. I know used cars can have problems, but only 6 weeks after purchase from a supposed honorable dealership, it stinks of incompetence or dishonesty. I will never set foot in any Kocourek dealership again for purchase or repairs. I even had these repairs done somewhere else that I could trust. More
