Kaitlin immediately called me to notify me of the damage, offer me the opportunity to come back and take photos, and also set me up with a nice rental car for an indefinite amount of time while the Corolla was repaired on the dealerships insurance and at their cost. I ended up liking the rental car so much that Kaitlin was nice enough to refer me to Tony, at my request, and Tony worked with me to get me a fair trade for my Corolla and a good deal on a 2016 Toyota Camry. Kaitlin, Tony, and everyone who I interacted with at Koch 33 Toyota were really friendly, no pressure. I'd recommend anybody go to this dealer. They treat people like people, not numbers. More

Norman greeted me at the front door with a friendly smile and started right away with helping me get my new car. After his part of the process was done I was sent over to Keith in financing. He worked with me and the amount I wanted to put down for my car. It was a very quick process comapred to when I was purchasing my first car.
