Sloppy systems raise concerns We recently bought a new Rav 4 at this dealership. As is usual with a new car we were given two sets of keys. When we made a stop on the way home an We recently bought a new Rav 4 at this dealership. As is usual with a new car we were given two sets of keys. When we made a stop on the way home and tried to lock the vehicle we found one set of keys did not match our vehicle. The salesman was called, the situation explained and we are to pick up the missing set of keys when we are again in their area. Mistakes can happen. At home my husband was setting up storage as he would like it and we find we are missing the "tonneau" cover called a luggage cover in the manual. Another mistake? No, this is just sloppy business. The vehicle should have been checked thoroughly before it was delivered to us. Since the vehicle comes with two years of included service we wonder if that too will be sloppy and posdibly unsafe. Mistakes in the service department can destroy the vehicle or us! We might recommend them but would definitely advise caution in dealing with them. We are more interested in their attention to detail and doing things right rather than onsite Starbucks. More

Pressured and disrespectful We were in the market for a new Corolla, however we only prefer manual transmissions and there were a limited number in the Lehigh Valley. Koch 33 Toy We were in the market for a new Corolla, however we only prefer manual transmissions and there were a limited number in the Lehigh Valley. Koch 33 Toyota had 1 of those options. Only one. We went to Koch only because our military bank has a car buying service that gives us a great APR for a car loan. We set up to visit this dealership to look at this one particular car. We are expected to be there in the evening sometime after 6:00. One of the salesmen actually verified that we will be coming to look at this one particular car (2017 Corolla iM) that has manual transmission. We get there, meet with the sales person and he verifies we are there to look at their only manual transmission Corolla iM, that they knew we were coming to see since that morning. It then took him about 10 minutes to get the car because it must have parked at the furthest most location on the lot. He brings it to the front and hands us the keys so he can grab a license plate. My husband hands me the keys and I try the locks--they don't work. I try to manually unlock the car since the door is open and they don't work. We ask our salesman when he comes back and he explains it is because it hasn't been set up yet. Okay--you only had the entire day to do so, but we cut them some slack. He then informs me that I can sit in the front and he will sit in the back, because, you know only the man should drive, even though I was the one with the keys. After the test drive, we start negotiating the price. They gave us a very low trade in value (much lower than what another dealer had offered us earlier in the day although we did not share that with them). They tried to push financing on us even though we had stated several times we already had financing, in fact it was our financier's car buying service that brought us here. The salesperson was then very demeaning and incredulous when we said we didn't like the price he had worked up and what they offered for the trade in. We continued to feel pressured to make a decision there even though we had also said several times that we would not be making a decision that night. We left with them saying they would see if they can work out a better number for our trade-in. The salesman called us the next morning to see if we made a decision. When we asked about the trade-in, he again seemed surprised and said he hadn't talked to his manager yet. So, we decided to go with Bennett Toyota because they were much more respectful, listened to us about not wanting to make a decision on the spot, didn't pressure us, and worked harder to get us the best deal possible. More

Jeff was fantastic! I emailed the dealer ahead of time to see if they would work with us the way we were used to being dealt with. (We are generally CarMax customers because we have no patience for haggling and sales tactics.) We were assured there would be no pressure, straight forward dealings, and direct information. Jeff was assigned to us and we couldn't be happier. We test drove several cars and he was incredibly helpful with making our choice. In the end, a recently traded in car was exactly what we were looking for and the team worked hard to get it ready for us. It even needed a bit if repair after we took possession and Jeff followed up with us throughout the process even after the sale was complete. He did not pressure us at all and was truly a pleasure to work with. We have always loved Toyotas and Jeff was absolutely great to work with. I would recommend Jeff and Koch to anyone. More

Used TrueCar and was called by Andrew to setup an appt. just to test drive, with NO pressure at all. I was assigned to Steven Douglas who let me test drive a fantastic Highlander and was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to get me into the vehicle I wanted/needed. Also Steve Bennett in the finance department was great showing me options with finance and with extended warranty pro-rated to go towards the new vehicle. They were also VERY fair on my trade-in value. One of the least stressful new car buying experiences. I think you need to take the 1 star reviews with a grain of salt as I do not believe it is the norm. Just my $.02 More
