I have been shopping here since 2016. Tonight we bought two more vehicles and the experience is beyond satisfactory. James, Jake, and Adam are stellar human beings. This dealership has been my number one g two more vehicles and the experience is beyond satisfactory. James, Jake, and Adam are stellar human beings. This dealership has been my number one go to since the first day I set foot inside. Sales and service. I moved 1 hour away in 2019 and I refuse to go to any other dealership. I travel the hour for a new purchase as well as regular maintenance. It is well worth the drive. More

I had a great experience buying my first car on my own from Tony and the crew at KOCH!! With the market and lack of cars right now, it has been a struggle to find what I wanted that fit my budget. I went from Tony and the crew at KOCH!! With the market and lack of cars right now, it has been a struggle to find what I wanted that fit my budget. I went to a couple of other dealerships before but this one is BY FAR the best TOYOTA Dealership in the Lehigh Valley area. Thanks to all departments for making this process super easy and working with me!!!!! More
So last week I bought a new '21 Tacoma TRD Off-Road. I love the truck, but I have to say this was the worst experience buying a car I have ever had. I just got done figuring out all of the trouble they ha love the truck, but I have to say this was the worst experience buying a car I have ever had. I just got done figuring out all of the trouble they have caused me from buying this truck today. I bought it last Tuesday 8/10/21. The whole process of buying the truck wasn't very hard, but it wasn't very pleasant either. Apparently, the popular new sales tactic is to make your customers feel of no value by telling them that the truck will sell whether you decide to buy it or not. This was repeated to me multiple times over three different visits. Fortunately for them, I really wanted this truck. They did not negotiate price with me, they would barely go up on my trade-in value for my car, my wife was snapped at by our salesman Adam the second day we came in to discuss a sale, and the truck came over 20 days later than they initially told me it would arrive. All of this was tolerable until I bought the truck. The truck has a damaged driver's side front mud guard. I was told they would replace it free of charge. I am ok with that, but the real kicker is what happened the Friday after the sale. I received a phone call and text on Friday 8/13/21 about my tonneau cover that I had put on the truck. They told me that they had forgot to charge me for it. I was told before the sale that it would be in the financing of the vehicle (meaning it would cost a couple bucks extra per month). Now I was being told that I had to pay for it in full due to their mistake. When they called me back about it on Monday 8/15/21, I spoke with a man named Jason who told me he was the General Sales Manager. He was very bully-like with his approach in getting the money I owed them for their mistake. He said it wasn't their fault, it was mine, he refused to put me on the phone with someone else, and he kept interrupting me while talking louder and saying "what's your card number?" multiple times. I told him that I needed to talk to a manager higher than him. I was furious with the way he was talking to me. I got a call back about five minutes later from a guy named James. He introduced himself as the GSM (General Sales Manager). I told him that his employee Jason told me that he was the manager and asked him how I could trust that he was actually the GSM. He followed with the the remark, "Google me, I'm on our website" in a pretty demeaning tone. We didn't get very far in the conversation before he told me that one way or another, I have to pay for this cover. I told him that I would, but at this point, and for all of this trouble, that I wanted a discount. He offered me a few different numbers that I was not happy with. I think that a mistake like this warrants at least 25% off. I was just about to cave in and pay, and then I told James that I needed to speak to the General Manager of the dealership before I did. He told me that Bob Bozarth would be giving me a call the next day when he got it in. Big surprise folks, he didn't call me on Tuesday and he also didn't call me on Wednesday. I got a call from service to inform me that my mud guard came in. I had them forward me to Bob's voicemail and I asked him to call me back. I finally talked to Bob on Thursday in the afternoon right after lunch. Bob was much more professional than his employees, but the thing is; he never once apologized about the mistake. Just like the rest of his staff that spoke with me about the issue. I got more money off the cover, but in my mind I don't think I should have paid anything for it. He offered to draw the whole contract up again and have me come in and re-sign it, but I will not be stepping through the door of this establishment ever again at my own will. I informed Bob about my mudguard situation and that I was not going to come in and let any of the staff there touch my new truck. I can't feel comfortable going back there and letting people who showed zero accountability for their mistakes and actions work on my vehicle. He told me that someone would call me by the end of the day to let me know that they would be mailing the mudguard to my house so I could get it installed elsewhere. Guess what, no one called me back. So now tomorrow I have to call them to ask them about this again. This whole situation has been a nightmare. The only staff member who was nice was the guy who drew up my financing paperwork and unfortunately, I don't remember his name. I drove past two other closer Toyota dealers to come here because I was referred to them by family and friends. Turns out that was a big mistake. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
