My wife and I went in to look at a Jeep Nighthawk Truck that was in an online add for Presidents Day. Right at the beginning we were greeted by a young sales associate. Unfortunately, it seemed like he w that was in an online add for Presidents Day. Right at the beginning we were greeted by a young sales associate. Unfortunately, it seemed like he was lost, and was having trouble finding the vehicle. We kept an open mind, as another young sales associate took over. We got to go on the test drive, and fell in love with the vehicle. After we went inside, Ramon (the new sales associate) sat down with us to go over our plan. I told him what trade in I had, and that it'd be my money down. Ramon went to talk to a sales manager, and came back with some very round numbers. I noticed that his numbers were really high, and he stated that it was the extended warranty and Lojack. I stated that our intention was to ship the car to the phillipines, and that those items weren't needed. He stated that he might be able to drop the extended warranty, but not the Lojack (which was an additional $2,500). He then started giving some additional round numbers which were extremely high. So high, that we just couldn't negotiate with him. I stated that I don't see where he's getting his numbers at, and that we couldn't just accept them. I told him that unless he could explain them, or do something...then we couldn't make a deal. We ended up leaving without ever talking to a sales manager or anyone. Later in the evening I sent a text message to Ramon trying to see if he could talk to the sales manager, so that we could see where the numbers came from or at least get firm numbers. After several messages, Ramon came back with the news that the sales manager couldn't even get close to the numbers I came up with. He also included the "Sales Price of the Vehicle" of $40, 855 when the list online price was $38, 885, which was $2,000 increase. Very disappointed in the experience, and I advise that you look at their numbers very closely. It seems like they are only concerned with making as much as they can. FYI......Insisting on the customer to buy an "Add-on" such as Lojack could be considered Fraud, so don't ever feel that it's mandatory. More

Patrick helped us personally to get the financing we needed and to make sure we left with the vehicle we wanted. As a business owner, I appreciate the personal attention. More
Went to Knight Clairmont Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram to look at a 2025 Ram Rebel X. Noble Perez introduced himself to me, answered some of my questions then went on a test drive. I loved the vehicle and look at a 2025 Ram Rebel X. Noble Perez introduced himself to me, answered some of my questions then went on a test drive. I loved the vehicle and decided to purchase it. Noble, the service manager and finance manager were very professional, polite and helpful during the whole process. I recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. More
This is a purchase experience review. First I'll say that the folks I dealt with were very nice and as accommodating as they could be and so far I love my Ram 2500. Where it goes very b First I'll say that the folks I dealt with were very nice and as accommodating as they could be and so far I love my Ram 2500. Where it goes very badly is in the bait and switch tactics the dealer uses. The Autotrader ad that brought me in, stated with trade-in and loan incentives was $54,470. So I figured I would pay around $60k out the door. So that got me into the dealership over 25 miles away. Then you go through the test drive, decide this is the one and when you sit down to make the deal they hit you with their reality. They start by telling me about some added features available for the vehicle, like Lowjack, an appearance protection coating and a Catalytic Converter VIN stamp. However, as I'm telling them I am not interested in them, they say these have already been installed and are now part of the purchase price. Get this, an additional $5000!!! So, after all of the ups and extras they very calmly state "that'll be $71,000". I had not purchased a "New" vehicle in over 24 years, and as stressful as it used to be, the dealers at least this dealer has taken to a whole new level. After twisting their arm and threatening to leave, I was able to get them to begrudgingly get down to $67K to make the deal. If this is practice is unique to Knight, then they should be ashamed. If this is an industry wide practice, then once again the government needs to step in and make yet another law to protect it citizens from preditory business practices like this. More
I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I received a written offer of $5,448 through CarGurus for my 2010 Toyota Corolla, which was confirmed in multiple emails from their repre dealership. I received a written offer of $5,448 through CarGurus for my 2010 Toyota Corolla, which was confirmed in multiple emails from their representative. The communication suggested that the offer could even increase after an inspection. However, after driving 40 minutes to the dealership, they refused to even inspect my car due to its mileage, which had already been disclosed when the offer was made. Instead, they presented a drastically reduced offer of $3,000—without any appraisal or inspection. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, wasting my time and energy. Their practices seem inconsistent and misleading, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair and transparent car-selling process. I am disappointed and frustrated by how this situation was handled. More
Thanks you Sebastian’s and Cam I enjoyed doing business here - I bought from them. I purchased my Dodge Scat Pack on Nov 4, 2024 The next day after purchasing my car a aftermarket LED front light went out so I called to see if the dealership could fix it. At first I was told by a fema day after purchasing my car a aftermarket LED front light went out so I called to see if the dealership could fix it. At first I was told by a female from the customer relations department yes. She said she had to talk with the service department manager to set it up and wait for a call to set up an appointment. Well no one called in 3 days so I called her back. She then told me that it was a debate with other workers to fix it or not because it was a aftermarket light. She told me that if I gave the dealership a good review they will fix it. So I said sure and she said someone will be calling me to set up an appointment. I waited a week and received no phone call. I hope she didn’t think I was going to do a good review before repairing my car. I ended up repairing the led light myself for about 200 dollars at a local shop near my home. I’m writing this review to say once you buy a car from this place it appears you are on your own to get it fixed even as simple as a led light. I went to the Dodge dealership in Temecula ca and the parts guys helped me find the part and sent me to a place where they replaced the lights. Now that’s great customer service. If Knight Dodge would have done this I would have been happy! Great sales department very nice customer service from others terrible!! Thank you for my car I will take my business to another Dodge Dealership!! More
