I took my 2017 XC90 in for its annual service. It was the first time I was paying for the service as my 3 year warranty had ended and I was apprehensive about getting charged for a long list of services, the first time I was paying for the service as my 3 year warranty had ended and I was apprehensive about getting charged for a long list of services, but the service department could not have been better to work with. Scott Muellner did an outstanding job. He sent me a video of the one item that needed additional work. There was no pressure to get it done and he left the decision entirely up to me after explaining the potential issues to me. I was extremely pleased to work with him. More
