It was great! Except for the test drive speeding ticket. On the day of my purchase I was lucky to have not one but two salesmen. Both of these guys couldn't have been nicer or more helpful during the entire process of choosing, test driving, and buying a new vehicle. I could have lived without the $160.00 ticket I acquired during the test drive but in all honesty, I was having so much fun driving the RAV4 it doesn't really bother me. Mike, the manager who completed the paperwork for the sale, was exceptionally knowledgeable, explained everything as we went along, answered all my questions and couldn't have been more congenial and helpful. All in all this was a great experience for one who shudders at the thought of having to buy a car. A great group of professionals representing a great dealership and product. More

Helpful and knowledgeable mechanics We were on vacation at Crater Lake when the vehicle would no longer start. Although the service operation wasn't as first class as my home Toyota dealer (which recently did a million dollar remodel of their facilities) the staff were very friendly and helpful. And one mechanic delayed taking his lunch hour so we could be fixed quickly and back on the road. We really appreciated that! Although I gave the department 3 stars, I would give staff 5 stars for helping folks in need. More

TRD SPORT PURCHASE I live in Nevada and became very frustrated with the attitude of the dealerships that I was dealing with. I decided that I would reach out to dealerships outside of the state. Lithia Toyota of Klamath Falls came up in my search. Checking their inventory I found the exact vehicle that I was looking for and requested a quote. I was contacted by Timothy Boozer, told him I was an out of state buyer, he went and got me a price that not only beat the locals that I was dealing with but also made it worth my time to drive the 286 mile trip. When I got there Michelle Bissom walked me through the rest of the deal and I was done except for getting the vehicle home to Nevada, well guess what!!!!!! Michelle delivered it for no charge.
