Recall work With the exception of a tech not showing me what was done, the work was done on time and the shop took it in on time. Staff was pleasant but hurried. Safety Inspection Service I took my JEEP Cherokee in to schedule a safety inspection required by my home state for car registration. They told me they could do the inspection a I took my JEEP Cherokee in to schedule a safety inspection required by my home state for car registration. They told me they could do the inspection and scheduled me for the next day. All the service employees were courteous and there were multiple people helping me. During the inspection I was told that they weren't able to perform an emissions test due to lack of equipment which was unfortunate. The plus side to this was that they did not charge me for the work they had already performed up to that point and even referred me to where I could get the emissions test completed. It was a learning process for both me and the service department and it went well. Unfortunately I cannot remember the main service employee I was speaking to and his picture is not posted on the dealerships website. The email I received concerning this review was from Mathew Snipes, but he was not the person I was doing business with. Anyways, I thank him none the less. More
