The garage and enormous waiting room for customers are beautifully designed — airy, white-walled, and filled with light streaming in from tall windows. Also clean, shiny and quiet. There are comfortable armchairs in which I could get work done on my laptop if I had to. But the best part of the experience is the manager I’ve now worked with on both visits. Daniel Bridgeman is direct, truthful, flexible and very thoughtful. His explanations of work done on my car are satisfyingly detailed, easy to follow, and never patronising. He welcomes questions, makes helpful suggestions for keeping my vehicle running smoothly, and his bright-eyed young crew have excellent manners. More

The whole experience was friendly, professional and time-efficient, which we appreciated. A few extra kindnesses included delivering the car to us, all the way over the mountains in Ashland, a few days time-efficient, which we appreciated. In addition, when Chris saw we were wearing masks, he put one on without us even saying anything. Very thoughtful! The facility is also very nice and comfortable, with beverages and fruit to help you while you wait, and even a cornhole game if you need to be entertained. It was the best car dealership experienced we've had. More
