Excellent Service I bought my Honda in Medford, they said no problems getting lifetime oil changes in Klamath Falls. I have been going to Lithia Dodge for 2 years and I bought my Honda in Medford, they said no problems getting lifetime oil changes in Klamath Falls. I have been going to Lithia Dodge for 2 years and I haven’t been the happiest of customers. Today I went there to get oil changed they said if will be a 3+ hour wait. I expressed my unhappiness. They suggested I go back down Washburn Way to Lithia Toyota. I went there, the staff was so friendly and great service! Thanks to Daniel Bridgeman for all of his help. This is my place of service and I’ll be sure to recommend them! Thanks again guys great job!! More

But when I needed new brake shoes it took them quite a while before they got the parts and got them They seem to be faster than the other dealership. New Lithia Toyota is even better! I was afraid that the new location would bring lower quality of service, as I have experienced in other retailers/service centers in town. They still provide the same level of service, which has always been excellent. Plus, the new waiting area is amazingly better than the old one! Plenty of seating and plenty of coffee! More
