I miss the previous Lithia, with their friendly demeanors and shuttle. Every time I go to Lithia Toyota now I deal with attitude and sometimes condescension. This time I was told I’d have a 45 min-1 hour wai and shuttle. Every time I go to Lithia Toyota now I deal with attitude and sometimes condescension. This time I was told I’d have a 45 min-1 hour wait. It was two hours!!! No updates. When I asked at 1.5 hours, I was given attitude and a lecture about how busy they were (I was nice!), then told 15 more min. It was another half hour before they were done with a standard oil change. There was no line when I arrived. I will never buy lifetime oil changes again. Oil change places are more friendly and so much faster. More

Service staff was courteous and asked if I needed any other type of service for my Toyota Tacoma. Just needed an oil change they also checked the fluids, rotated checked tire pressure, brakes. They cover other type of service for my Toyota Tacoma. Just needed an oil change they also checked the fluids, rotated checked tire pressure, brakes.
