Relatively Smooth Used Car Purchase Purchased a used 2013 Subaru Forrester after seeing a listing on the dealership website. From day one, Cassie was very enthusiastic and accessible, a Purchased a used 2013 Subaru Forrester after seeing a listing on the dealership website. From day one, Cassie was very enthusiastic and accessible, and was a large part of what sold the car. Other pluses include the fair pricing (right at KBB MSRP) and the non-commissioned sales staff. Detracting factors included a few hiccups in communication ( car engine was out on first visit, was not sent home with CA-DMV required odometer disclosure after purchase), reluctance to remove an accessory fee (for VIN etching), and a slightly brusque man (Ron) doing the financial paperwork. On balance though, a relatively painless buying experience. More

Outstanding Professionalism Our local Subaru dealership changed hands after I purchased my first car 4 years ago. I wasn't sure what to expect when trying to purchase a new car. Our local Subaru dealership changed hands after I purchased my first car 4 years ago. I wasn't sure what to expect when trying to purchase a new car. But, I was treated with respect and courtesy no matter who I was talking with. Each person involved in my new car purchase made it effortless in the transition from old to new. Cassie made me feel right at home from our first visit to the final transaction. She explained everything that I had questions about from the car to paperwork to trade in. I always feel "at home" when I come in. It is important to me as an older woman that I'm not treated like I don't know anything. This dealership makes me feel like family.
