Great assistance by Curt in Parts Last night I backed into a parking spot with my recently purchased 2014 F-150 and when I got out of the truck I found a panel on ground in front of tr Last night I backed into a parking spot with my recently purchased 2014 F-150 and when I got out of the truck I found a panel on ground in front of truck. Not knowing what is was, not even sure it was from my truck, I went to Klaben Ford first thing this morning and found Curt at Parts desk. Showed him the panel and I followed him out to truck and he showed me where it came from under that truck. He than asked a service guy to help him and they got on the ground under the truck and attached the panel. Curt explained that it is a panel that is removed during an oil change and evidently, it came loose since last oil change (which was not done at Klaben by the way). I very much thank Curt for his assistance on this, getting on the ground in this cold morning and resolving the problem,. Also thanks to service guy that assisted but I did not catch his name. I have recommended this dealership and my personal salesman Ty Davis to both friends and family who are looking for replacement vehicles. Ty Davis is quiet and confident in selling his Ford product. No high pressure salesmanship. For me this is a key point, just knowledge of and offering of the car that may suit you and your budget best. He and his GM Klaben worked together to satisfy my particular needs. Another great experience there. The follow-up explanation for a reasonable delay was much appreciated. More
Far exceeded expectations! I had a very unique experience, in that I purchased a certified car from another dealer, and shortly after taking possession, began to think the certi I had a very unique experience, in that I purchased a certified car from another dealer, and shortly after taking possession, began to think the certification hadn't been done. I contacted Lincoln customer service, and they agreed to have it re-certified and let me choose which dealer. I chose Klaben. It didn't take long to determine that a laundry list of items needed attention, but Lincoln wasn't willing to cover them all with the CPO warranty. (A big part of this was hidden damage to the front bumper and headlight.) It was a quandry. The selling dealer didn't want to step up, and the Lincoln CS rep couldn't, so it looked like we were going to be left holding the bag. Tom (Svc Mgr.) discussed this with Mr. Klaben and they decided to fix my car, and recover what they could from Lincoln after the fact. Wow. I'd never heard of a dealer stepping up like this, and Tom said it's because they're living the Lincoln motto to "..take care of the customer...". Thank you Klaben for making my holiday better! More
