Having dealt with numerous other Dealerships for multiple brands I can honestly and proudly say that Klaben is the best in all aspects. Doug Carter will help you get the car and deal you want and everyone in the Service department will happily take over from there. Anthony Wilson was the latest Service Advisor I have dealt with - and he was very helpful and respectful - but so have every other Sales Advisor I have dealt with. Kyle, the young gentleman who first greets you when you pull into the Service Department is a true delight. Helpful, extremely respectful to your needs and seems to have a better understanding of how to treat customers - not the indifference seen in too many in today's society. Purchase Klaben's "Loyalty Link Plus" and you will only see more focus on your needs - especially in regards to costs. You are truly seen as a person and not just a customer. More

Check Engine Light The check engine light came on the day before and they got me right in to service the next day. Brought my car in for routine service and ended up having to get a lot more done on my car than expected. Jason basically made the news and cost as painless as he could. He got me a loaner for the day without any wait and in the end he applied for the rebates that I qualified for. When you think your bill is going to be around 40.00 ( oil change , tire rotation, etc) and find out you need new breaks, rotaters , etc. it is a big price jump. Thank you Jason for all the work you put into helping me out that day! I would definitely recommend Klaben ford to others. More
Techs appear to be pressed for speed, no follow up by super My wife's car had a flat, road side changed tire. She took the tire to your shop to be repaired, it couldn't be fixed, Bought new tire. She needed "The Works" so she left the tire to be replaced. I was to return on my day off with her car for the service and new tire to be installed .All went smoothly until I went out to drive home when finished , just in case, I checked to see if the donut tire was in the trunk, Guess what? It wasn't, so I went back in. The advisor came out and looked....sure enough he found it missing also. He went back to the shop to get it. It took a while ,Apparently he had trouble finding it. Brought it out and we attempted to put it in it's cradle. We couldn't figure out how so he went in to get a tech. The tech came out and tried but couldn't do it either " Too hot out here pull it into the shop" They took the car back. Several minutes later, it was back up front completed. Time in 11 :15 AM,. time out approx. 3:00 PM +/-. Services , oil change , flush and fill radiator with new antifreeze works inspections and put the new tire back on car.Great job on every thing accept putting the spare back into it's cradle. That's what got you an average on this trip to your service dept. I have been a customer since I bought a used 1978 Bronco at the Klaben Dodge in 1984 from then it was a used 1986 Ford F150 and a new 1990 Bronco II in 1990 from the ford store. Since then we have had several new Rangers and F 150's from your Ford store. I'm I mad , no, disappointed yes. This is not the first time a minor mistake has been made, so I felt I needed to speak up this time..No harm no foul. PS. I received a recall notice for my 2013 F 150 that day when I got home More
