Always great! We have been taking our vehicles for service to Klaben for many years. Our service advisor Mike is the best. The last two MKX and one MKS were looked after by Mona Crooks and my new 2016 MKX will also be with Mona. She is impressive in listening , function and true to her word in responses and care.
