Efficient,great communication on progress of car. Wonderful service from moment I brought car in for service for the very first time since I bought the vehicle. I especially appreciate that the mechanics listened to me about my concerns and actually addressed them with professionalism. However I really would like to give a special shout out to them but do not know their names. Mgmt should consider placing names on website or identifying them differently so they can be appreciated. Transmission woes In 2014 , I purchased a new Ford Focus which was not drivable after a few months due to a transmission design flaw which caused shuddering. The car sp In 2014 , I purchased a new Ford Focus which was not drivable after a few months due to a transmission design flaw which caused shuddering. The car spent more time at Klaben service center until I realized it would never be repaired. I traded it in 2015 and added $7000 to get another Focus which supposedly didn’t have the problem. Another transmission later and another visit to have the shuddering looked at and the problem persists. Even the rental Focus given to me at Enterprise was undrivable due to the shuddering .. I return tomorrow to the Klaben service center. for yet another visit. More

2018 Ford Raptor Repair Most often dealing with a body shop repair you’re in a lousy mood to start. New truck had been T-boned, and while I knew USAA would cover in dealing w Most often dealing with a body shop repair you’re in a lousy mood to start. New truck had been T-boned, and while I knew USAA would cover in dealing with third party insured, Steve and Klaben took over from the get-go, handling all communication and paperwork - everything from the towing company, estimates, payments thru the repair. Work was outstanding and the truck looks like new. I have a history with Klaben, and would not even consider having any other dealer or repair shop touch my vehicles. Great job Steve, thanks again! More

Excellent experience yet again I went in to get my cars first maintenance visit. Mario was very thorough and kind. The lounge was great and well stocked. Klaben is by far the best dealer I've ever dealt with. My recent repair was hectic because I had my 2 small grandchildren. I usually sit and wait at the dealer, but knew it would probably bother other cust My recent repair was hectic because I had my 2 small grandchildren. I usually sit and wait at the dealer, but knew it would probably bother other customers so I requested a rental when I arrived. My service person had me a car within 20 mins, changed the car seats to the rental, and helped me take the bags from 1 car to the other. Kyle was AMAZING. All the staff was helpful and really accommodated my grandchildren and I. I couldn't be anymore grateful. Thank you all More

A/C Service I was driving on a very hot day when I noticed my air was getting warmer and warmer in my car. I called Quicklane and they were able to get me in late I was driving on a very hot day when I noticed my air was getting warmer and warmer in my car. I called Quicklane and they were able to get me in later that day for an A/C recharge. Works great now! More
