Purchased vehicle from this dealership and had 90% service performed there. Personnel that I have been in contact with have been polite and courteous. (However) the personnel that you don’t see, (the ones performing the services) are the ones I can’t give high ratings to. I am an “old school “ individual, with some mechanical experience and some of the quality control mistakes that I have experienced, are not up to par with the representation of a top notch automotive dealership. True, management has compensated me for my concerns. However the lack of quality control, in my opinion, of the mechanics needs to be addressed and management has not convinced me otherwise. More

I have written many reviews in the past for Mike because of his friendliness, knowledge, and the fact that he won’t give up until an issue is remedied. My recent visit was no exception as I kept experiencing a vibration from the front end and it was difficult to pin down. Happy to say that Mike and his troubleshooting team took the extra time and chased down the problem and now my truck feels good as new! Special shout out to Steve Sigmund who helped chase down this problem! Others might have given up but not Mike. He is the main reason I continue to be a Klaben customer! Nice work Mike! More
