I was happy they had the part but unimpressed by the communication and price since I bought the car there. I was charged msrp for a part that should not have went this soon. I was not told how long the repair would be not offered a loaner and had my 6 year old with me.... for 5 hours. I walked through the sales room numerous times. I actually enjoy taking my car in for service. These guys make it relatively painless. They are fast, efficient and friendly. Great service as always, but I hate to think that I have to pay 357 bucks for two heats shields and a bracket, just got the car in March and would think that if was missing the bracket holding the shield up to pay 357 bucks for two heats shields and a bracket, just got the car in March and would think that if was missing the bracket holding the shield up it would of been noticed.
