I was there on May 14th to have the works done on my grandsons car. the service guy asked if i wanted it washed and i said yes when i received it back it was never washed. #2 i asked for the brakes to b grandsons car. the service guy asked if i wanted it washed and i said yes when i received it back it was never washed. #2 i asked for the brakes to be checked the previous owner had said she was told it was time for back brakes. The brakes were rated a 6 but i was sure i heard noise of steel on steel. I was told it would be 3 more oil changes before any brake work was needed. I had a new set of rotors in the trunk that the previous owner gave me. they are brand new. Right now i am not happy. Not sure if i will be back. More

I have been dealing with Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren since the middle 80's. I find their service department is one of the best I dealt with I have purchased cars from Cleveland to Pittsburgh, PA since t since the middle 80's. I find their service department is one of the best I dealt with I have purchased cars from Cleveland to Pittsburgh, PA since the 60's and other than another Ford dealer I purchase from, they are the best..
