Thank you for taking the time to respond. Your candid feedback is a valuable tool used to improve our processes. I apologize your vehicle was returned without all the issues corrected. We recognize it is frustrating and inconvenient when you have to be without your vehicle a second time for something that should have been completed in one visit. Per our phone conversation, we ordered the necessary part to replace the component you addressed. We will install that part and perform the other procedures necessary to resolve your concerns.
