My experience was very professional as usual with John. He is always a pleasure to deal with, but my experience when I received my car back as not the usual. (no sensor light indicating low tire pressure) Therefore 2 days later my brakes were rubbing I needed new front brakes. I am very disappointed the mechanic didn't catch this. I had them replaced at another shop due the the extended wait time for an appointment. I have an appointment to get the recalls serviced this week. More
