My Husband and I were looking for a new truck and a small car. We went first to the section with the 4 door trucks, finding a nice selection. Amanda Bayer joined us and answered our questions. The color car that I wanted was not available at the dealership that day, but Amanda located one for me. We also met with Mr . Klaben, who was very helpful in getting us the best price as well as a fair price for our trade. Amanda was ready for us when we took delivery and spent a lot of time explaining the features of both vehicles. We would recommend Amanda and Klaben to anyone interested in purchasing a new Ford. By the time we visited Klaben, my husband and I were fairly sure of the kind of vehicle were looking for. Amanda led us to 30-40 of the SUVs they had in stock! After clarifying what we were looking for we were directed to several posibilities. She was extremely knowlegable regarding each of the SUVs. Needless to say after trying a couple, we were talking price. Our trade in was accepted at a very fair price. We never felt pressured in any way! I called the next morning to inform them of our decision, and by that evening we were in the SUV. Thank you Klaben Ford! More

Great service. My salesman Jim Valesky did a awesome job with the whole experience. Made me feel like I was very important to him, and gave nothing but his uninvited attention.
