The entire experience made buying this car great. She took lot of time making sure I understood how the navigation system and all the bells and whistles worked. She was very patient with all my questions on pricing the various options. I then told he I was putting off my decision to purchase for a few weeks and she did not pressure me but just let me know she was there to help whenever I was ready. She kept in touch and checked back with me about once a week or so until I was ready to purchase. She then was able to locate the exact car with options I wanted. I have bought many cars in my life but this was the most comfortable experience I have ever had with a dealer. Very satisfying. I told her I hoped she didn't go anywhere because I was going to look for her the next time I want to buy a vehicle. I introduced her to my wife and I think she will be next to purchase.
