Tex Welch did an outstanding job in getting me into my lease on a new F 150 . He explained everything clearly and explained all of the controls in my truck before i left . I purchased my first vehicle from Tex Welch when I bought a red 2010 Escape. Other family members had purchased vehicles from Tex before and gave him a great rating. in 2012 I decided I wanted a bigger, mo a red 2010 Escape. Then low and behold, Ford decided to change the style of the Escape in 2013, so naturally I had to trade-in again and I bought a ruby red Escape. I promised my husband that I'd keep this one for a few years, but will definately look Tex up when I am ready to buy again. Tex had every car I purchased from Klaben, ready when I got there and the paperwork was on its way to completion too! He did a great job of making the car buying experience pleasant. The Customer Service department were very organized during the time Ford recalled the 2013 Escapes due to engine overheating. Great job, Klaben! More
