We have been going to Klaben Ford since 2007 - we've bought 1 vehicle and leased 3. Through all of that, Doug Carter has been our salesman, and has been a great help each and every time! I now have a 2014 Escape Titanium. The one that I wanted was at another dealer in the area, and they didn't want to give it up easily, but Doug worked with them and finally was able to get it for me. Every time we go, he recognizes us, even if it's been 2-3 years. He's always very friendly and happy and helpful. We will always deal with Klaben and will always have Doug as our salesman! I went to Klaben in Kent with my family to look at the new and used Lincoln inventory. We also wanted to check out the Ford Taurus and and compare it to the new Lincoln Models. From the moment we were greeted by Gene Grabiec our experice with this dealship was exceptional. New car purchasing can be intimidating and Gene was knowlegable and a pleasure to work with. There was no high pressure sales tactics during our entire experience and we actally had an enjoyable time testing out the vehicles. After test driving several cars we found the right fit for us. Gene was so comfortable to work with and stayed with us after the dealership closed for the evening. He never mentioned that they had closed we just noticed things getting quieter and we inquired when the closed. At that point Gene said "30 min ago". Gene addressed all our needs and/or concerns. I cannot say enough about the customer service we received from all of the employees. Gene's fellow employees offered coffee, Internet sign on info, and even directions to the closest McDonalds (purchasing can be a long process). One of the tedious jobs when buying a car is the paperwork that must be completed and Christine was able to guide us though this process making it less intimidating. Our car buying experience was truely enjoyable and will go there next time we are looking for a new car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I went to see the Escape and once I opened the front drivers side door, I fell in love with it. After months of searching and talking to other dealerships, I knew this was the one! I was greeted in a timely manner by Doug Carter. He worked with me through the process and made everything go by very quick and absolutely stress free. I went home with my vehicle the same day.
