I was having "issues" with my brakes, another nationwide chain was unable to diagnose the problem. Have dealt with Klaben and Mona Crooks in the past, and have always been very happy with the care and service. I am never advised to purchase and/or fix things that are not necessary. Everyone is friendly and helpful at Klaben. My husband and I purchased a vehicle earlier this year from Klaben, and when another vehicle is needed we will definitely buy from Klaben again. He even picked up the car at my mother's house and took it for a test drive to see if he could experience the same problem she had been having when she drove it. We went to Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent after seeing their large selection of vehicles on line. We thought we had a good idea of what we wanted. When we pulled into Klaben, we we're promptly met by Tex Welch. Tex was a cordial, down home, down to earth guy and asked us what we were looking for and took us to their truck selection. What we found was a truck that was a different color and equipped much better than we imagined. We took it for a test drive and took Tex with us. As we drove,Tex explained the features and advantages of the truck. We were hooked, but didn't want show too much excitement until we closed the deal. Well I have to say, we got a beautiful, loaded F 250 at a great price and when it was all said and done we felt as though we had known Tex all along. We also couldn't believe the new vehicle purchases leaving the lot during our time there. This was a busy place!! We would recommend Klaben and Tex for their selection, pricing and just a very comfortable buying experience. More
