From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was offered beverage. I was then introduced to Gene Grabiec and he found the car I was looking for. He brought the car around for me to see and showed me the main features. Since I had already test driven a similar car I did not need to drive the car. After I was given the particulars about price, etc., I told him I needed to go home and think about it. There was no pressure for me to buy then and there. I did in fact come back the next day and purchased the car. Gene maintained contact with me while I was home and when I told him I would be in to pick up the car, he got the necessary information so I did not have to wait long for the paperwork to be done. Jenn Bower was most courteous as the finance contact. After the paperwork was complete, Gene and I got in the car and he explained in more detail about the car and its features so that I felt comfortable to drive home. More
