BUYING A CAR SHOULD BE A SMOOTH/NON-PRESSURED EXPERIENCE - MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT BECAUSE... I KNEW I FELT MORE COMFORTABLE IN A SMALLER VEHICLE AND WAS NOT PRESSURED TO LOOK AT A BIGGER VEHICLE; I SURV - MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT BECAUSE... I KNEW I FELT MORE COMFORTABLE IN A SMALLER VEHICLE AND WAS NOT PRESSURED TO LOOK AT A BIGGER VEHICLE; I SURVEYED THE LOT ON SUNDAY, NEW WHAT I WANTED AND SHOWED UP ON MONDAY WITH THE CAR (2014 FORD FIESTA SE) IN MIND, BUT ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS SOLD, TRIED ANOTHER COLOR BUT THAT WAS SOLD TOO....SO, MY SALESMAN, DOUG BEAVERS, WENT ONLINE AND PATIENTLY TRIED TO FIND A LOCATER FOR THE VEHICLE I WANTED...I SAID CALL ME WHEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING - I DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO SIT AROUND (NOT HIS FAULT, BUT I WAS A LITTLE DISTRAUGHT THE VEHICLE I SETTLED ON WAS SOLD) - HE SAID NO PROBLEM; SO NEXT DAY ABOUT 9:30 AM (NOT EVEN 12-HOURS WENT BY) HE HAD THE CAR I WANTED AT KLABEN KENT - THANK YOU FOR TRACKING DOWN A VEHICLE SUITED FOR ME. (SERIOUSLY, THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A "BLUE LIGHT SPECIAL" ON FIESTA'S) - SO THANK YOU FOR KEEPING ALL COMMUNICATION LINES OPEN AND GOING THE EXTRA MILE, LITERALLY, TO GET ME THE VEHICLE. . DOUG BEAVERS INFORMED ME ABOUT LEASING OPTIONS, USED-CAR OPTIONS, & NEW CAR OPTIONS - WENT WITH THE NEW CAR OPTION - I APPRECIATE THE DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT ALL OPTIONS. I WAS ALSO INFORMED ABOUT THE CRASH BARS AND FRAME-WORK AND SAFETY IMPACT OF THE VEHICLE. I DON'T DO MUCH DRIVING, SO I KNEW THIS VEHICLE WOULD BE A "GOOD FIT" FOR ME. DOUG TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THE FEATURES OF THE VEHICLE, DEMONSTRATIONS, AND TEST-DRIVE TIME WITH ME. HE LISTENED TO MY QUESTIONS, EVEN THOUGH I KNOW I INTERRUPTED HIM SEVERAL TIMES, AND SYNCED MY RIDE PRIOR TO ME PICKING UP THE VEHICLE. SO DOUG THANKS FOR THE SMOOTH/NON-PRESSURED EXPERIENCE IN BUYING A CAR - IT HAS BEEN 12 YEARS SINCE I BOUGHT A CAR, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS COME A LONG WAY SINCE THEN. I HAVE ALREADY FORWARDED YOUR NAME AND DEALERSHIP TO MY SON, AND A CO-WORKER BECUASE WHEN A PERSON IS BUYING A VEHICLE IT SHOULD BE A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND SMOOTH. Klaben has excellent service. Ty Davis was very friendly and patient with us. He was able to meet our needs by bringing the car to us since our Grandfather was not feeling well. He made the lease end process very easy and took the work out of having to search from dealer to dealer endlessly.
