I really don't consider that I do buisness with a dealer, I do business with a person. The person that I delt with was Don Batten, I trust Don, I worked with Don in the past on other car purchases, t dealer, I do business with a person. At the other dealership, I felt that Don had to fight with his managers to make the deal, where as at Klaben it was more along the lines of we want you to be happy with your purchase and we won't sell you a car unless you are. I got the impression that they wanted me there and to be happy weather I bought a car or not. There was never any push or preassure to "sign" the papers, the price was less than what I thought that I would have to pay, And when I got into financing, Jenn was very patient and made sure that I fully understood everything on the loan papers. I had called earlier in the week and had made an appointment with Don Batten and gave him an idea of what I was looking for, when my wife and I arrived, he had a representitive model out and ready for our inspection and test drive, after a serious test drive and a color change we purchased the car, and filing out all the paper work took longer than making the deal happen, it was that easy. I came to Klaben, looking for a new car. Thinking this would help me establish my credit. I wanted a low monthly payment. When i was set up with Mike Cooney I let him know all of the things i wanted, incl would help me establish my credit. I wanted a low monthly payment. With my credit the way it was, mike help me understand that I could get a new car, but the best situation for me would probably be to get a new year used car and trade my Honda Civic in, Build my credit up with this car, once i do that and fullfil my payments, come back in to Klaben with a new established credit and get the New New car that i hae always wanted. I finally saw the big picture. We found the perfect car for me, it is the newest car ive ever owned. Also he got a deal i couldnt refuse. I truly thank Mike for everything he did!
