Both Glenn and Mike were both friendly, easy to communicate with and yet knowledgeable and professional. When I picked up my Escape the computer screen was not working! No fault of Mike or Glenn communicate with and yet knowledgeable and professional. When I picked up my Escape the computer screen was not working!
