Marozzi, who he bought his Ford Edge from last summer. I had recently visited another dealership in the area and had a terrible experience so I thought I would give Klaben a try. J.P. gave me a completely different experience, one that was positive and memorable. I had hoped to drive some escapes, find out exactly what I wanted, and price them out. He asked what I wanted and then delivered exactly what I asked for. He was attentive, very personable and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. He didn’t try to sell me a car, but instead tried to get me what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable. I went home with a new escape that had everything I wanted the next day. Overall, my experience with J.P. and Klaben could not have been better.
