I drug my feet on turning in my last vehicle as it was the last year of the old style Escapes. I loved my Escape and really didn't want to go to the new body style. Doug called me, we talked about the vehicle and he assured me I would love the new ones just as much. Not just as a salesman but he was truly sincere in what he was saying. When I arrived at the dealership there was no pressure and he didn't want me leaving with something if I wasn't going to be happy. I absolutely love my new Escape and Doug was right! He was knowledgeable, funny, personable, and patient. He took lots of time to explain all the "bells & whistles" to me. When the deal was solid, it took a long while to get the paperwork done/signed. Joe had taken my new Focus to the garage to get washed. He knew I had to go to work & was pressed for time. The garage was hours behind, so he washed my car himself so I could get to work in my new ride. THAT'S customer service!! More

More than a dealership I have been wanting to get rid of my old jeep for a while so I could lease a ford. When I came to Klaben, I was helped by a great guy named Don. I fel I have been wanting to get rid of my old jeep for a while so I could lease a ford. When I came to Klaben, I was helped by a great guy named Don. I felt bad because it was his day off, but I was also very grateful and appreciative that he cared so much about helping me. When we came to a stop because I needed to get more information, we decided to pick it up the next day. However I started chatting with another salesman named Eben who was able to help after I got the information I needed. As a young college student I had to have a cosigner, and I naturally asked my father. With his busy schedule he was unable to come sign the papers for me. So Klaben sent Eben on a 3-4 hour trip to Sandusky on day two so he could get my dads signatures without having to make my dad drive the trip and I was able to lease my new 2015 Ford Focus and I had it by the end of day two. I had two great salesmen who treated me more like a close friend or family member and for that, I am very thankful. I was walked through every detail and I believe I truly got wonderful service. I wasn't pressured into getting an expensive car with prices I could not afford and I would absolutely recommend going to Klaben if you're looking for a car. I am sure I will be sticking with them!
