Chris approached me in the parking lot and helped me find it so I could take a look. The car had almost everything I was looking for, but not quite. He helped me add on most of the accessories I wanted. His flexible 9 to 9 hours really helped get me back to Klaben for a second visit which is when I made my decision to purchase. Based on my experience with Chris I would definitely go back again for a new car but hopefully that won't be for a long time! More

I have had a longstanding relationship with this dealership and with Kent Lincoln Mercury which became a part of the Klaben Ford Lincoln through the various cars I've owned--a 2000 Mustang GT, among others.
