He was very thorough in getting to know exactly the options desired. A recommendation was already given to go see Tex to someone that was interested in purchasing a car. I wouldn't consider purchasing from any other salesperson. It would be great if Klaben would have vehicles on the lot with manual transmission. It's very frustrating both the customer and salesperson to not have one on the lot. More

A quick call to Mike and he helped make arrangements to have our car towed to them AT THEIR COST. We were even able to buy our new car before the tow truck had even picked up our dead car. How he handled that situation completely turned our day around and cemented our experience as a positive one. Highly recommend! More

Brandon Brinko is a wonderful asset to the company! He is personable and professional and on-the-ball! I've been very impressed with his work ethic; follow up; and attention to detail. In fact, he contacted me recently about some warranty work that needed done to the paint on my Ford Escape. I never would have known that I had some rust forming if he hadn't contacted me. The body work that I've had done to my Escape has been superb! It needed some pretty extensive work after I had an accident two years ago. After the body shop team was done, you couldn't even tell that I'd been in an accident! And the work that they did is still holding up beautifully even today! Most recently, I was told by another service provider that I was going to need new brakes. I had Klaben take a look at them, and they told me that I actually didn't need new brakes right away, which saved me some money for the time being! That was also very impressive! They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need right now! When I went to pick up my Escape this past weekend, the Auto Body Manager was also very professional. He even helped me find something in my owner's manual! He didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a burden to help. In today's world where customer service and excellence is very often lacking, I feel very fortunate to have Klaben Auto Body in our area, because they go above and beyond for their customers. More

Roscoe explained how the leasing program worked and was able to meet my vehicle needs as close as possible. Don and Roscoe both took a lot of time showing us the 2015 Escape and Focus. They gave me a good price for my 2013 Honda CRV. I leased a 2015 Focus and also was able to help my son with a down payment on a 2015 Transit van. They made the leasing and buying experience very easy. We went back to Klaben today 8-13-15. They again took the time to help us with how to use some of the computer functions. They both greeted us like old friends. They are committed to keeping their customers happy for a long time to come. More

Big purchases great service. I went to Klaben Ford to look for a new vehicle. My family has worked with Chris Moldas in the past so I requested him. Unfortunately, Chris was off I went to Klaben Ford to look for a new vehicle. My family has worked with Chris Moldas in the past so I requested him. Unfortunately, Chris was off that day but Tim, a new sales person, helped me out in his stead and then gave my information to Chris the next day. It was great to see Tim's enthusiasm but to have the experiences of Chris Moldas. Great teamwork!!! Chris worked hard to get me the vehicle that I wanted in the price range that I needed.
