While looking my boyfriend and I saw a few cars we were interested in. I also had to use the restroom very badly. Time had gotten away from us and we hadnt realised they were closing. A very nice salesman still showed me to the restroom even though they were clearly closing up shop at the end he gave me his card, Ty Davis. We weren't really in a the market for a car however my boyfriends was in poor shape but I work out of town often so we really only felt the need for one. After seeing the many new and used car options we went home and seriously worked on our budget. The next Monday on my boyfriends lunch break I encouraged him to stop by and talk to Ty to just see what he qualified for. After a short lunch meeting and than another meeting after work he called me and said he was coming to get me for a surprise. When we arrived at Klaben everything was already ready to go Mr. Klaben himself and Ty had it all set up for us to lease a brand new 2015 Focus. It way beyond exceeded anything I thought my boyfriend qualified for given his not so great credit. But Mr. Klaben and Ty worked so hard to get a car that not only fit our wants but also all our needs. We can't thank the entire staff enough start to finish. Especially Mr. Klaben and Ty More

2015 Ford Focus I just leased a new 2015 Ford Focus hatchback from Klaben Ford Lincoln. My last car last left me in a bad position when it broke beyond repair. I knew I just leased a new 2015 Ford Focus hatchback from Klaben Ford Lincoln. My last car last left me in a bad position when it broke beyond repair. I knew I needed another vehicle but unfortunately my credit isn't so great. I went to Klaben with the hope of finding a used vehicle and was greeted by Ty Davis and Mr. Klaben. I told them my credit situation, my need for a vehicle, and that my payment had to be in a certain range. Ty and Mr. Klaben were very understanding and in no time at all had worked out a deal on a new Focus! They then went over the entire deal with me to make sure I fully understood where the numbers came from, and the payment ended up being well within my budget! After everything was done Ty went completely over the car with me to make sure I was comfortable and said if I ever have any questions just give him a call or stop in and he would be glad to help. I never I thought I would own a brand new car! Ty and Mr. Klaben, thank you very much for all of your help and for my brand new car! I love my new Focus and I will definitely see you guys when it's time for another new car! More

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE! About 5 years ago my wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Having a past bankruptcy still on our record, we were having a hard time getting a good deal, or just dealership taking us seriously. Just about ready to give up, we decided to give Klaben Ford a try. Doug Carter was introduced as our salesman. He was such a nice person and he made us feel comfortable from the start. Friendly and very personable. After taking our information, we went looking at the cars in the showroom. I told my wife we'd probably be heading to the used car lot when Doug got back with a decision. When he came back, he ask us if we liked the blue Ford Escape on the showroom floor that we were checking out. I half jokingly said sure, and he said that's good, because it's yours now. All I could say was "are you kidding me"? His reply was "no, it's really yours". That was 5 years ago. Last week we picked up our 4th vehicle from Doug. A 2016 Ford Fusion that my wife just loves. Called Doug on Tues. Picked out a car online. Car and paperwork were ready and waiting for us on Wednesday. 45 minutes after we walked in, Doug was handing us the keys. At 35 miles from our home, its farther away than many other dealers, but well worth the extra drive. We wouldn't think of going any where else now. Doug was our hero that day 5 years ago, and will remain so for many more years to come. We can't imagine doing business with anybody but Doug! Once again, thank you Doug for everything you do. As a foreigner holding a non-immigrant visa, I had a lot of limitations and obstacles to lease a car in different dealerships in Ohio. Thanks to Mr. Rich Klaben and his willingness to help and his personal and wonderful attitude towards his customers, I was able to lease a car. Mr. Klaben made efforts to overcome the obstacles that I had and leased me a brand new Ford Explorer. Moreover, the attitude of Klaben salesmen was wonderful, everyone there was willing to help in every way they can. Specifically to mention Mr. Roscoe Woodberry who accompanied me with the whole leasing process.
