Wonderful Used Car Purchase Experience Last Saturday morning, I was searching online for a 2010 Honda CR-V Ex with 4WD at a reasonable price. I had found one just up the street to che Last Saturday morning, I was searching online for a 2010 Honda CR-V Ex with 4WD at a reasonable price. I had found one just up the street to check out but then noticed another on Car Gurus that was $1000 cheaper, with many more attractive features, marked as a "Great Deal!" I e-mailed the dealership (Klaben Ford in Kent, Ohio), and received an automated reply from Doug Carter, saying he would contact me personally within two hours. Fairly soon after that, Doug indeed called to tell me about the car. He was very friendly and enthusiastic, and he sent me the service checklist inspection sheet, the service report as to what Klaben had done to the car, and the CarFax report via e-mail. Doug answered my follow-up questions through another e-mail and another phone conversation, and I was on my way to Kent from Wooster, an hour away. Upon arrival at the dealership, I met Doug briefly, but he was working with another customer, so he placed me in the very capable hands of Mike Coony. It was Mike who went along on my test drive and showed me the car's "bells and whistles." I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and informative salesperson! Back at the dealership, Mike got me a cup of coffee and went about handling all the paperwork and financing (which included having my current vehicle appraised for trade-in) in a timely manner. Within about 2.5 hours from arrival, I was happily driving away in my new car! Mike promised he'd follow up with me on Monday, and he indeed did so. I feel confident that if I have any questions or problems, I could call Mike, and he would do his best to help me out. The whole experience was very enjoyable! I am certainly a satisfied customer, and will recommend Mike, Doug and Klaben Ford to others. More

Help out of a bad deal I needed help out of a bad loan deal from another dealer, and couldn't find anyone else to help me out. I was referred to Bob Paytas from a friend and Bob was able help me get out of my "bad loan" and lease a 2015 Ford Escape and with the payments I needed.
