Two weeks ago I went to see Mike Cooney, in under two hours, I was driving out of the dealership in my new car. Klaben gets it. They listen to your needs and wants and work to closely align their products to fit your needs. It’s simple, this is the best and most honest dealership in Northeast Ohio. I can’t write this review without mentioning Klaben’s service department. Again, they provide the best experience. I have been getting my service done there for many years and Kim Wolfram has always provided a professional and pleasant experience. I Love my new car and I loved the experience of buying it. Great Experience At Ford I've owned GM vehicles for many years until I sat into the Ford Edge recently at a different Ford location. I fell in love with it. Made an appointment with TM but he was busy so I had EW. TM came in later but both guys at the end made my 1st Ford purchase buying experience a memorable one. Even though I did not get the sport edition edge, I love the one I have and I may go for the sport edition model in a few years. Hopefully one or both guys are still there as I was very impressed with their services. TM took the time to explain the features of my new edge and EW? Don't get me started with him! The finance department was a painless breeze. I recommend both Tom and Eben when looking for Ford vehicles. U will not be disappointed. More
