We went to find a used car of good quality for my husband. Our daughter is having her first child in May so we were going to give her my husband's car as a gift. He was sold on Honda. He has had one for many years, but after searching online and making calls, we were unable to locate one he liked. Our previous Klaben experience was a terrible one. Two years ago, we were searching for a car for me. The dealer did not even look at us because we wanted something with no money down and he was kind of rude. Needless-to-say I was not holding out high hopes this time. However, Tony and CJ greeted us warmly and were very interested in helping us find just the right car. Long-story short, we left because my husband was not going to look at any car unless it was in the $8-9,000 range. Tony and CJ suggested their sister store in Ravenna and even made some calls to them on our behalf. We went, thought we found a car-a Ford Fusion, but discovered something was wrong with it and we wouldn't be able to get the car until mid-week-possibly. We wanted to get Henry's car to our daughter last weekend, so we went back to Klaben. Tony and CJ again greeted us, talked with us, and found us the perfect car-a 2010 Ford Fusion with all kinds of perks at a price that we could live with. Tony and CJ walked my husband though everything about the car-(remember he was a Honda guy) and even took the time to help him set up blue-tooth and walked him though other issues and questions. They were patient, kind, and interested. They never made us feel like we were looked down upon or "just another customer" Ever-attentive, the process of buying a car was very easy and actually fun. We would recommend them to anyone who is even just looking because there was never any pressure to form a sale. It was customer service at its finest and we were more than satisfied. Thank you guys!
