I had the opportunity to meet their salesman, Eben Wicks, during a home visit where we talked and laughed. Eben was fabulous from start to finish! The process of buying a car can be cumbersome but not when you work with Eben. When it came time to deal with the finance/money man, Sean Cross, the ease of purchasing continued as he worked his magic trying to get me the best deal. Best Experience so far. I was so nervous going to see if I could get a new lease. Hard to admit but my credit was pretty bad 2 years ago when I leased my 2013 Fusion and JP I was so nervous going to see if I could get a new lease. Hard to admit but my credit was pretty bad 2 years ago when I leased my 2013 Fusion and JP Marozzi helped me a lot then to get into that lease. It wasn't exactly the car I wanted but it helped me to build my credit back up with Ford. But this time when I went I really wanted to get a fully loaded Ruby Red Fusion and JP helped me do just that with the lowest lease payment I have had in many yers. He and everyone I have dealt with at this location have always done their very best to make me feel comfortable and make sure I have a great experience with them. I have gotten my Mom and Son to use JP and Klaben Ford to get their new cars too. I am very happy and highly recommend using Klaben Ford and especially JP Marozzi, he always goes above and beyond to help. More
