This is largely based on the respect, knowledge of product, wonderful past experiences with Kenny and the high standards of service. Kenny immediately relaxed us with discussions about past purchases and the real needs we have in a new vehicle. We felt at home as he suggested various vehicles and features available. Kenny has a great sense of humor that made the whole process easy and fun. Our test drive was making it clear that the Escape was going to be our choice. After the papers were signed, he spent quite some time going over every part of the vehicle. Every question was answered fully, and we sat in the car checking every function and set-up of the technology, levers, necessary engine maintenance information, etc. We had not leased a vehicle in many years, but this seemed to be the best way to go. Christine Klaben clearly explained the options of service available. Never felt pushed or rushed in that transaction. We recommend Klaben to ANYONE who wants to purchase or lease a new vehicle. Kenny was superb in friendliness, knowledge and a great big smile. Are we good customers? You bet when the whole acquisition of a new vehicle is honest, fair and the best! More

Best Experience Ever! Have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and have always said that I would rather go to the Dentist than to a Car Dealership. Now I would rather go to Klaben Ford than the Dentist! Working with Terry took awhile but it was not his fault because I wasn't sure what I wanted. At the end of the day this past Saturday I drove off in my new 2015 F150.
