Joe French, the service representative I work with always helps explain the status of my vehicle, and proactively plans with me for what maintenance it may need in the near future. Even during a wicked winter weather, when AAA was unable to help me, two of the service team staff drove 35 minutes to my place of employment to pick up my vehicle and return it to inspect the brake system, and expected nothing in return. They gave us a more than fair amount on our trade-in's (which is always a wildcard what you're going to get), and Bob went out of his way to make sure we got every rebate possible. Christine, the finance person we worked with, was also an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable person. One day in May we received a text message that Klaben had a special running for leasing the Fiesta, would I be interested. I replied right away and Tom scheduled me a spot that night. He made the whole event special for my daughter teaching her all the parts to the dashboard screen while running through all the basics. He took her out for an extra test drive in the car that she pick to purchase so she felt confident leaving the parking lot. He scheduled our first oil change and has checked up on her twice to make sure everything is going well. She has even called him with questions and he patiently walks her through the problem.
