I came in one day because my previous vehicle (2004 Saturn Ion) was in need of a serious repair just two weeks a I had a great experience with Klaben. I came in saying that I really needed a car and needed it that day. My salesperson was JP Marozzi. He greeted me before I even walked though the door. He was very knowledgeable and helped me decide that leasing was the best option for me. We took a test ride and I knew the 2015 Ford Fusion SE was for me. JP has bent over backwards for me even after the sale. He calls me if there are any issues and set up my first service appointment. Klaben is not a "typical" dealer in any way. Prepare to have your salesman be completely transparent with you. They even stayed late to ensure I could drive my new safe car home that night. There are no cons here, only spectacular customer service! More
