Doug Carter - my new sales representive that listened to me Doug Carter is not your typical Sales Representative as he is not overbearing, pushy or condescending. I was looking to make a new car purchase but no Doug Carter is not your typical Sales Representative as he is not overbearing, pushy or condescending. I was looking to make a new car purchase but not sure what I wanted so when I went to Klaben I met Doug and shared with him what I was looking for, Doug listened to me and made suggestions instead of saying you need to purchase this car even though it may not have met my needs. After our meeting I took his card and did go to other dealerships and I kept comparing the other sales reps to Doug and also asking some of the questions that Doug had shared with me to see if the other dealerships were the same, they are not, many dealerships get you in the dealership then change the price or vehicle. I have even given Doug's card to other family and friends and when I am able to get the vehicle that I want I am definitely going to see Doug and will continue to purchase vehicles from him. More
