Doug Carter waved his wand! We recently had to file Chapter 7. When we filed, we had a 2008 which wouldn't be paid off for another 42 months. Our discharge date was still 2 mon We recently had to file Chapter 7. When we filed, we had a 2008 which wouldn't be paid off for another 42 months. Our discharge date was still 2 months away. Despite this position, we were approved for a car for up to $11K with 10% down. At the end of the day, we left with a 204 Ford Focus which was a little more than we were originally approved for by the lender. Our APR for this car is the lowest we ever had and by the time the car is paid off, it will still be only 5 years old. Doug listen to our needs, found a car that matched, and went to bat for us with his manager. We will return to Klaben Ford to purchase our next car from Doug Carter! More

When I walked into the showroom, Tim Casto greeted me by name and told me that Mike Cooney was already in and would be out in a minute - which he was. From there, Mike showed me the two cars I was interested in and we took a test drive. After discussing the attributes of the car that I inquired about, I got a price quote i thought was fare and bought the car. Great Experience. More
