We were stuck driving an older Mazda that was constantly giving us problems. We knew that we needed to get something that was going to be reliable. Going in, I figured that our options would be limited to used cars with a high interest rate since my girlfriend had yet to establish any credit of her own. I was referred to the dealership by the Business Chairman at my school (Brown Mackie College)and he told me that his friend Terry Baughman would be able to help us. He was very right! He signed us up for a student rebate in which we were able to get a significant discount on the car. I was unaware that the program had even existed. Terry made us feel very comfortable and we could tell that he genuinely wanted to help us and not just sell us a car. To conclude, I enjoyed my experience at Klaben Auto and it blew my mind how friendly ALL of the salesman were. We didn't receive the same type of customer service at the other local car dealerships. Since then, I have been recommending Terry's services to my friends and family and he should hopefully be seeing some referred business soon. Thanks again. We really appreciate it! More
