First off, let me start this review off by stating I am a very very indecisive person. With that said my mother and I stopped in at Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent. We were looking for a Pre Owned car since my very very indecisive person. With that said my mother and I stopped in at Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent. We were looking for a Pre Owned car since my previous car broke down. My mother and I could NOT agree on a car what-so-ever... On top of that a big storm was coming. We dealt with a very knowledgable Salesman named Roscoe.. He was very patient with the constant bickering of us and the fact that it started down pouring. Through all of that, he still showed us quite a few different models and was satisfied with the service, just couldn't get my mom to agree on one. He gave us a business card and in the near future I believe we will be purchasing from Klaben Ford. More

Last year around this time I came into Klaben after a bad car accident . I had totaled my car and broke my arm the staff helped me into a new car but it was a lease a week later my aunt was told she had canc car accident . I had totaled my car and broke my arm the staff helped me into a new car but it was a lease a week later my aunt was told she had cancer with no kids of her own I had to drive my aunt to Cleveland every day for her treatments for 3 months which put me in a bind with my miles so after a year . I called Ty Davis and asked him if he could help me he said come in and he would get me out and into something else. True to his word he put me into a 2013 ford fusion and saved me a lot of money. Ty Davis was very nice, kind and even offered us lunch . I am truly blessed at what Ty Davis and klaben did for me. I would put him to the top of my list for great customer services.
