Awesome Customer Service and Teamwork! Went in today to test drive an 2016 Escape and and Fusion and my sales person was busy with another customer. I didn't have an appt so he got another Went in today to test drive an 2016 Escape and and Fusion and my sales person was busy with another customer. I didn't have an appt so he got another sales person to assist me and not sure how the commission works on this, but I can tell you that the service provided was just as great as if the second sales person brought me in himself! I even got service from Klaben himself. I also got more car for less (lots of incentives) and again the service was amazing! Thanks Klaben! See again in three years! More
