Absolutely the best car buying experience of my life!! I have purchased numerous cars over the past 25 years, the vast majority being Fords. I thought I had found a dealership that going forward I would continue to buy from as I had purchased my last five cars from. That is until my wife suggested looking at Klaben Ford Lincoln in Kent. Quite simply the most impressive and satisfying purchasing experience of my life. So much so that I ended up buying two cars, a Lincoln for my wife and a Ford for my daughter. My sales person was Richard "buddy" Moore. He was very engaging, patient, professional and knowledgeable. He truly listened to what we wanted and didn't. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and didn't try and upsell or talk us into something that really wasn't for us. Going forward, Buddy is who I'm going to when I'm looking for my next new or used car!! It wouldn't be fair if I didn't mention how outstanding the sales manager, Tim, was. He was fantastic!! He kept the dealership open hours after they closed to work with us. He quite simply gave us unimaginable deals so much so that I ended up buying two cars that day. He worked to get us really low interest rates. He was extremely fair regarding our trade (literally 2000 more than my previous dealership offered, the one where I had purchased 5 cars from before). Normally one walks away wondering if they could have done better in the deal. We bought two and there is no doubt that we could not have done better. No other dealer could have touched these deals. From now on its Klaben, Buddy and Tim for my family and I when car buying. I'm telling all of my friends, family and coworkers.....even my ex wife that don't go anyplace other than Klaben!!! More
