Fast forward a couple months and we contacted Ty late Sunday night and left a message of what we were looking for. he promptly returned our call early Monday morning and the deal was in motion. He was very upfront and honest with what the bottom line was, no hidden fees or additional numbers anywhere. he had the 2015 Ford Focus we wanted and made the deal work to our advantage! When it was time for me to replace my 14-year-old car we of course went back to Klaben and had yet another great purchasing experience with Doug Carter. Doug was not only extremely helpful with my purchase of a 2015 Escape, he made it all just easy and stress-free, which means a lot to a 50+ grandmother who has never purchased a brand new car on her own before. Christine Klaben was so very helpful with all the associated paperwork and what a lovely young lady! Did I mention the fantastic deal I got on my purchase? I am so pleased with this car and even more so with the great price I paid. I love my new Escape and I will recommend Klaben AND Doug to all of my friends and (some of) my relatives. More

Sales Person - Outstanding -- Ford's Ordering Process - Poor Jeff Tetreault (JT) did a tremendous job working with us in getting everything correct. He went above and beyond to ensure that he was taking care of Jeff Tetreault (JT) did a tremendous job working with us in getting everything correct. He went above and beyond to ensure that he was taking care of us. He made our interests the number one priority. Any request or questions we had, he went to any means to get us the answers we needed. My only issue was Ford not planning properly to support the F-150 2015 production year. Ford put Klaben in a rough position and really were not willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I had to push Klaben's Sales GM (Jim Bills) to push Ford, which I shouldn't have had to do! Ford & Klaben should have been willing to do anything possible to sell us the truck. It seemed from our position, that Ford was taking the attitude of "take it or leave it". The last item was when things got tough with our truck order being cancelled, Jim Bill's hands seemed to be tied. He had no avenue to escalate our concerns to Ford to get our truck order pushed thru or the new order scheduled ahead of other orders since our first order had to be cancelled. Again, during this, I had to keep pushing Jim to try everything to make this order possible; which I shouldn't have had to do. Jim should have been trying anything he could to keep us as a customer, but that didn't seem to be his priority. In the Finance Office, Jen Bowen was great and the whole process with her was very pleasant with no pressure, that is typical in most auto dealer finance offices. More

He was very thorough in getting to know exactly the options desired. A recommendation was already given to go see Tex to someone that was interested in purchasing a car. I wouldn't consider purchasing from any other salesperson. It would be great if Klaben would have vehicles on the lot with manual transmission. It's very frustrating both the customer and salesperson to not have one on the lot. More

I was happy with the decided purchase price of our 2015 Ford Focus and the value given for my old trade-in. On the day of purchase our trade-in died on the side of the road enroute to the dealership. A quick call to Mike and he helped make arrangements to have our car towed to them AT THEIR COST. We were even able to buy our new car before the tow truck had even picked up our dead car. How he handled that situation completely turned our day around and cemented our experience as a positive one. Highly recommend! More

Brandon Brinko is a wonderful asset to the company! He is personable and professional and on-the-ball! I've been very impressed with his work ethic; follow up; and attention to detail. In fact, he contacted me recently about some warranty work that needed done to the paint on my Ford Escape. I never would have known that I had some rust forming if he hadn't contacted me. The body work that I've had done to my Escape has been superb! It needed some pretty extensive work after I had an accident two years ago. After the body shop team was done, you couldn't even tell that I'd been in an accident! And the work that they did is still holding up beautifully even today! Most recently, I was told by another service provider that I was going to need new brakes. I had Klaben take a look at them, and they told me that I actually didn't need new brakes right away, which saved me some money for the time being! That was also very impressive! They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need right now! When I went to pick up my Escape this past weekend, the Auto Body Manager was also very professional. He even helped me find something in my owner's manual! He didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a burden to help. In today's world where customer service and excellence is very often lacking, I feel very fortunate to have Klaben Auto Body in our area, because they go above and beyond for their customers. More
