Fast, friendly and Fantastic! After being in a car accident and left with no car I had to start the process of looking for a new one. Doing research for weeks on several sites I found a car at Klaben that caught my eye. I have a very demanding job that leaves me with little free time during normal business hours. I noticed that the car I had my eye on was reduced on an Internet special. I arrived at Klaben about 5pm and was greeted by one of the salespeople, Chris Moldas. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I put him on a tight timeframe. I told him that I wanted to test drive the car and I would take it if he could get me out of the dealership and back to work by 6:30pm. Chris did an amazing job getting everything together for me. As he promised I was on my way back to work by 6:30pm. I returned to the dealership at 8:45 pm that same night to sign the final documents and drove off as a proud new owner of an awesome Ford Taurus! I cannot thank Chris, Jennifer (from financing dept.) and the entire team at Klaben enough for being so accommodating to me. They definitely have a customer for life! More

Joe French, the service representative I work with always helps explain the status of my vehicle, and proactively plans with me for what maintenance it may need in the near future. Even during a wicked winter weather, when AAA was unable to help me, two of the service team staff drove 35 minutes to my place of employment to pick up my vehicle and return it to inspect the brake system, and expected nothing in return. Going into the car buying process is always a nerve wracking, however Klaben and Bob made it super easy. They gave us a more than fair amount on our trade-in's (which is always a wildcard what you're going to get), and Bob went out of his way to make sure we got every rebate possible. Christine, the finance person we worked with, was also an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable person. Between Bob and Christine's hard work, we were in and out in no time, and we were on our way in our new vehicle.
