Subsequently, our service experience with Mike for the next five years was also very good. Our son has also purchased a new vehicle from Klaben and requested Chris as his salesman. We over time have kept in contact with Chris, always visiting when in for regular service. We have had a desire to purchase a MKC every since they came out and was able to make a deal. The purchase experience was very good. It is great to build a trust with a dealership which we have done. The C was a great choice for us. Upon arriving, our salesman, Tom Nicodemus, a very professional, polite, and knowledgeable young man, had already brought one of them up front so we could go on a test drive right away. We loved it! We did look at other Fusions on the lot, but Tom had listened to what we needed and the one he brought us to test drive is the one that we wound up buying. As we were filling out the required forms, we met the manager, Terry Colbert, and the owner, Richard Klaben, both of whom made us feel welcome and offered assistance in expediting our purchase. The paperwork was completed very efficiently and professionally, with lots of information and explanations very clearly given. This experience was one of the best we have had! More

Awesome Service Experience I leased a Ford Fusion from Klaben Ford Lincoln in Kent, Ohio and I had to bring my car into their service department for a recall, and oil change. I I leased a Ford Fusion from Klaben Ford Lincoln in Kent, Ohio and I had to bring my car into their service department for a recall, and oil change. I was "blown away" by their excellent service. You pull your car into a garage and you are met by the smiling service staff. Justin took care of me in a professional, courteous way. They said it might be up to two hours but it was only 1 hour and 20 minutes! They have a lounge inside and outside that you wait in. Coffee, fruit, and doughnuts are all complimentary. I used their computer to conduct some business. It was the most pleasurable experience that I have ever had in my 51 years on this planet. Ty was awesome and I cannot recommend Klaben Ford enough! Thanks and I'll be leasing again from them when my current lease expires. More
