Walked in to Klaben Ford and was met by Gene Grabiec in sales. A no pressure type of salesman who showed me the 2013 Mustangs in stock. I was given a very fair trade-in and could not be any more satisfied with this buying experience. Both Gene and Mike went out of their way to make this purchase as easy as possible. Jenn did all the paperwork and explained everything very clearly. She made a rather tedious much more enjoyable.
