It was a delight to find out that Mike was willing to defend a repair with the manufacturer. It would have been expensive repair but he was able to defend the reasons why the manufacturer should cover th defend a repair with the manufacturer. I went there to look at a car and Todd noticed I really was not happy with the sizes for cars and directed me toward the Ford Explorer. Knowing I was really looking for a particular color and the packages was not happy with the sizes for cars and directed me toward the Ford Explorer. Knowing I was really looking for a particular color and the packages I was really interested in he found me the perfect match. Extremely friendly and knowledgable about the ford products I was very happy to find a sales man which could answer all my questions. And was also surprised that I could upgrade to the bigger Explorer with little increase in monthly payments. He was able to find me rebates and specials offers so that I could actually purchase this close to my budget. Really took the time to know what I wanted and knew what I did not like. We first stopped by Klaban Ford and worked with Danny Sawyer who spent a lot of time with us. But he never asked us to fill out any contact forms or even to simply ask for our phone number. So when we left, we had time to thiink and talk. We then checked out two other dealers in the area just to compare. And in short, there was nothing to compare to Klaban Ford's Red Carpet Lease. But the lease terms would not have made any difference if we were not comfortable working with Danny. The qualiy of the sales consultant makes all the difference. Great job Danny! More
