A car purchase is really a big deal for us, our last chrysler was almost 10 years old. So, we were pleased with the brand and although at first I did not look at chrysler, JP wanted me to be happy with chrysler was almost 10 years old. So, we were pleased with the brand and although at first I did not look at chrysler, JP wanted me to be happy with this purchase so we did test drive one. I really shopped around going to the chrysler dealership in Brunswick, Ohio and really running the numbers. But JP was the real selling point, he was easy to talk to, but very real about meeting our needs even if it strayed from his Ford brand. So we compared vehicles within the chryler brand and were very pleased with the T&C S. Klaben was able to give us a good amount off the car, a nice/fair trade-in and we put money down, but it got us where we wanted to be payment wise. So...a win win for both sides. Glenn was very responsive during my process of assessment, and was not at all pushy. The only issue I have with my new MKZ is that the adhesive wasn't properly removed from the door sills, and Glenn already asked me to bring the car back in and they would take care of that, and I know they will. The Lincoln AWD MKZ was by far the best car for my needs and price range. Buddy went out of his way to locate the car with the equipment I wanted and was able to get the car to me within 2 days. He personally drove to PA to get the car back and made sure the car was in prime condition before I left the dealership. He took the necessary time to explain all the electronics of the car and even took the time to pair my phone to the car before leaving the dealership. Buddy has contacted me since I took possession of the car to be sure he answered any questions I had about the car.
