I never liked the car buying process I have bought a lot of cars in my day, and I have never enjoyed, or looked forward to the time at the dealership. This time was different. Todd Boyles answered my initial inquiry from an online site, the only salesman to do so personally, he was also very prompt. Todd sent me the window sticker, the Carfax, and recent maintenance invoices without my even thinking to ask for them. When I finally visited the dealership Todd was already helping another customer so JP Marozzi stepped in to help me. JP is also a fantastic individual, when I needed info from my bank or my wife, he never hesitated to loan me his phone and his tablet to use. JP and the folks at Klaben gave me a better deal than I expected with the first offer on my trade, and I had zero dickering to do, since the asking price was already lower than comparable vehicles at other lots. The car was spotless after washing, all the salesmen and staff were very friendly even if I wasn't their problem, and Star and Jennifer were very efficient and knowledgeable when helping me. Thanks again to the Klaben crew for an excellent experience, and I will definitely check in when the next purchase time comes around. More

Excellent Date Night Experience I had the honor of experiencing Lincoln Date Night, an exclusive opportunity to enjoy a two day test drive of the 2015 Lincoln MKC and dinner for two I had the honor of experiencing Lincoln Date Night, an exclusive opportunity to enjoy a two day test drive of the 2015 Lincoln MKC and dinner for two at a restaurant of my choice ($100 value). It was EXCELLENT! Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Don Batten and Jim Bills. Of course I'd called prior to ask was there a catch and what Jim old me was true, there was no catch & no money down or credit card run. Don had me sign a rental agreement threw the key in my purse (where it stayed all weekend) and showed me how to operate the push button vehicle. Don was very friendly & helpful, he answered all of my questions and was very patient. I appreciated the no pressure sales approach and because of that I would purchase a vehicle from them in the future. I work in banking and I know quality customer service and I experienced quality at Klaben. When I returned the vehicle my car was detailed and the gas tank was full....wow!!! Need I say more? Five star customer service for sure! More
