Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had Joe was excellent! He went above and beyond to show me all the features of the car I was considering. My friend and I stopped at his dealership first Joe was excellent! He went above and beyond to show me all the features of the car I was considering. My friend and I stopped at his dealership first because I was interested in the Ford Fusion. We planned on going to other dealerships because I was interested in other cars and never got there. I explained to him what I was looking for price wise and also what I was looking to get on my trade in. He came back to me with a better offer than what I asked for. I didn't have to go back and forth on numbers with him at all. I had a mandatory meeting I had to attend the day of my purchase and he got everything ready for me while I was at my meeting. I came back and was there only an hour to sign papers, get my cell phone set up through my car and leave. He met every promise he set. I am a corporate trainer and part of what I train is customer service. I wish I had him at my company as an employee because of his amazing customer service. I left the dealership that day with his business cards so I could give them to other people. My friend who was with me throughout the experience had also told numerous people that it was the best car buying experience she ever saw as well. I will be back to see him for my future cars! More

Buying Experience Was .... Awesome I stopped by Klaben Ford approximately eight months ago and was basically window shopping. During that visit I met Ty Davis, a sales rep. Upon exp I stopped by Klaben Ford approximately eight months ago and was basically window shopping. During that visit I met Ty Davis, a sales rep. Upon explaining to Ty that I was only looking and pricing, this did not deter Ty from spending time with me. He could have easily left me alone and went on to other potential business, but he did not. Instead he was genuinely interested in spending some quality non automobile related chat time. In late March I decided it was time to trade in. There are so many dealerships in that area but I could not help but reflect on that Saturday morning I spent with Ty. He was the first sales rep I called and agreed to meet when it was convenient for me. I left the Klaben Ford dealership that day with a Ford F150. I really like this truck. I have owned many vehicles which were mostly GM. I could not be happier with my decision. This truck is well made and engineered and can't be beat for ergonomics. Every facet of the transaction was stress free. At times I find a rise in anxiety levels when purchasing from a dealership, but not this transaction. Ty Davis and the support staff were really awesome. I highly recommend Klaben Ford and Ty Davis for fair pricing, paying attention to the customer’s needs, and delivering on commitments. More
