He was very patient while working with us to find just the right car. He was also very very through and made sure we understood every stop of the process. There was no need to play games, he dealt with us fairly and honestly. He did not try to push us into a higher end vehicle that we did not want. He wanted us to have the vehicle that would best fit our needs. He did a GREAT job!!! I would buy another car from him even though my husband said no more new cars for me. More

I met Richard Klaben thanks to Gilbert Perrin and his brother Danny Sawyer. Gilbert works at CJ and Danny at Ford. Gilbert believed in me enough that when CJ denied my new leash application, he called Danny, his big brother. Danny told his brother, "Call Rich Klaben. He can help" and help is what Mr. Klaben did. Imagine how I felt when Gil called and said Richard Klaben wanted to meet with me at 9:30 a.m. at his Ford dealership the next morning.. You cannot drive on SR 59 in Kent without seeing the name Klaben. My loan was denied and he wants to see me? I am driving a sleek silver Ford Fusion because of Gil, Danny, Rich Klaben and his daughter Christine. I was convinced that I would be driving a Chrysler for the rest of my life. I had been a loyal customer since 2004. I am still a loyal Klaben customer.The only difference is that my style has changed.
