Terry Baughman had everything prepared for my arr I just recently leased my second car from Klaben Ford in Kent Ohio. They took such great care of me! Terry Baughman had everything prepared for my arrival, spent as much time with me I needed going over pricing, details, cars, etc. I never felt pressured to make a decision or choose a certain item. When I came in a few days later to finalize he had everything ready to go and was in and out of there in just under 2 hours. It was great!
