I am a snow bird and could have turned my car in in Florida but elected to come back to Klaben Ford to turn my leased 2013 Ford Escape in and get my new 2016 leased Ford Escape. Several weeks ago I flew up to Akron, had appointments, and also met with Danny and picked out my next car to lease. I drove my car from Florida to Akron, met with Danny (who had everything ready for me), signed my papers and was on my way. Very easy for me! I also renewed a warranty on my 2009 Mountaineer which was due to expire. All in one shopping. How great was that. More

Terry Baughman has been great I have been purchasing vehicles from Klaben Ford since I was able to purchase my first car. On Wednesday of this week I was able to get the new 2016 F-150 Sport. Terry has always worked hard for me to get me into what I want. My wife and I recommend him to everyone and have sent him a number of very satisfied (now repeat) customers. The Klaben Family are all very welcoming and I feel comfortable being there. And while we get the best customer friendly service possible, Terry is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and go over everything with me when I purchase one. Review of Matt Moyers, our sales rep There are various reasons. I own a Lincoln MKS which I bought at another dealership however I have been bringing it to Klaben Lincoln for service for There are various reasons. I own a Lincoln MKS which I bought at another dealership however I have been bringing it to Klaben Lincoln for service for probably 5 years now and they have always been fabulous and have always worked with me even if something was out of warranty. They always have a car ready for me and it is always started and warmed up which is great in the winter time. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. That is another reason why I decided to check out the SUV's at Klaben Lincoln when I decided to buy a new car. I checked out other car brands before going to Klaben so I already would know what to compare the Lincoln SUV's with. I called ahead of time and got Matt Moyer on the phone and right away I knew he was a nice man and a man I could deal with. When we came out I called Matt again to inform him and he greeted us at the door and was a good listener and guided us to the cars we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and took all of the time we needed that day. We told him we would call and come back the next day and he had a another car ready for us to drive. We loved all of the features of the Lincoln MKX and Matt and we discussed rebates and my husbands supplier discount which Matt was very familiar with. Klaben give us the trade in value that we thought was fair on our car so we decided to buy it. The extended staff was also very friendly and helpful. Tim Sterling was very nice and friendly as well keeping us company while Matt was getting things organized when we decided to buy. Matt is a very nice man who really goes the extra mile to help his customers. FYI, I was a district trainer in customer service in my previous employment and I have to say that Klaben does a fine job of picking out and training their sales staff along with their other staff. I went back yesterday to review some things on the car which I was not sure of and Matt took all the time I needed to become comfortable with the features of the car. So I am happy to say that I am a proud owner of 2 Lincoln vehicles. More
