Tom made sure the vehicle would be ready when I stopped into the dealershp. Tom wasn't working when we were able to stop in, so we met Don Batten. Don was excellent to work with. This was the first time we considered a CPO vehicle and had many concerns. Don, along with Rich Klaben explained everything involved in the CPO program, from deciding what type of vehicle to acquire for the program to post sales warranties and service.
