Excellent service from Ty Davis My wife and I came into Klaben Ford to look at a Ford Edge. We drove from the Youngstown area and were unable to make it to the store before closing. My wife and I came into Klaben Ford to look at a Ford Edge. We drove from the Youngstown area and were unable to make it to the store before closing. Ty went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He made an excellent first impression. The next day we visited two other dealers and were unsatisfied with the sales and quality of the vehicles. We immediately returned to Klaben in Kent and bought an Explorer which was in excellent condition. Ty made sure we were able to look at the vehicles thoroughly and allowed us to drive them without hassling us like the other dealers did. Ty was patient, courteous and not pushy.
