He asked us the reason for our visit, what type of vehicle we were looking for and type of options that we would like to have. Don wanted to get to know us to find the right fit for our needs and our budget. Before our test drive he went over the vehicles controls and comfort options. His knowledge was compete of all the vehicle had to offer. Don took the time, along with sales manager Andy Bellian, to explain all payment options, pros and cons of outright purchase or lease and helped us choose the right fit for our family without us EVER feeling pressured to commit to the purchase. Dons time spent with us , his level of comfort in his job and the true feeling that we felt that we were the most important thing during that time ultimately convinced us that this was the dealership to purchase at. The day that we picked up our new Escape he directed us through the paper work and financing with Greg Setzer -who, also was excellent taking the time to explain all that we needed to sign- got in the vehicle, went over all controlls and options again, helped sync my wifes phone to the vehicle made it clear to us that he was always avilable if we had any questions and finally, before our depature Don offered his handshake in friendship which I gladly accepted.
