Excellent experience We traveled from the Cincinnati area to purchase from Ty Davis at Klaben, my girlfriend started the process by inquiring on our new focus online. Ty was very helpful on getting us set up with a affordable payment and setting the car on "hold" for a few days until we could drive up for a test drive and purchase she mentioned she felt like she had a lot of trust in him and we hadn't even met face to face yet only thru verbal conversation on the phone. Prior to arrival Ty gave us a call about 45 min before our appointment and checked to see how our drive was coming along, and when we arrived to Klaben the first thing we noticed was the friendly atmosphere. I'd like to mention how easy the entire process was and how polite and patient Ty was with us going over the vehicle features,explaining warranty and vehicle info. I'd personally like to thank Ty for helping us get set up in a new vehicle without a hassle and not once thru the entire process did I feel like Ty or the Klaben team was being pushy with a sale this felt good as we our younger buyers. I'll defiantly make the trip again to purchase another vehicle in the future. More

A Positive Experience I walked into the dealership not expecting to buy a new car that day. I had been to several other dealerships and knew what I wanted and had a general I walked into the dealership not expecting to buy a new car that day. I had been to several other dealerships and knew what I wanted and had a general estimate of what I was willing to spend. I was greeted before I entered the door and asked for Doug Beavers who had been recommended by my employer. Unfortunately he was unavailable at the time but Buddy Moore took me for a test drive and did an excellent job describing the car's features to me. He then made me a price offer and had my trade in appraised. He also showed me the Carfax report for my trade. In the meantime Doug arrived and negotiated an offer that met my expectations. Buddy removed all my things from my trade in and put them in the new car. They accepted the trade in even though I did not have my title with me. Doug then picked up the title from me at work the following day. The atmosphere is the dealership was pleasant. Everyone was friendly. It was clean and bright. I was taken to the service department and introduced to Mike Brandvold who is to be my contact person there. Everything there was also clean and bright. The waiting area looked like a pleasant place to wait while your car was serviced. They have also followed up to make sure that everything is going great with the new car and to answer any additional questions that I might have. More
