Getting it done! I had to bring my escape in because the check engine light came on. this was during the work week and my hours are not easily rescheduled. After talking with my service advisor Kim, she suggested dropping my car off after work that day and they will take a look at it first thing next morning and call me at work afterwards. I had to use my wife's car for a day, but Kim called the next morning as she said she would and hit me up with great news that they had the part in shop that needed to be replaced and it was still covered under warranty...great news to my wallet.
