New Escape I can't say enough about how great Klaben is. After another repair on my older Escape I decided to stop in and see my salesman Doug Beavers. He took the time to listen to me and understand my needs. Doug found a way to get me into a brand new 2017 Escape and Tim worked with Ford financing to make it affordable for me. Now I have a a safe vehicle that I don't have to worry when the next breakdown would occur and if if it would tip the savings account beyond recovery. Every person in there was very helpful, made sure I knew where the refreshments were wit ith smiles on their faces and a welcoming hello. Even the gentleman with the mop bucket!
