It was about seven years ago when I switched from Rav 4 SUVs to my first Escape, and it was mainly due to Roscoe. When looking at the first Escape I remember telling him that high pressure tactics would cause me to walk out the door. He assured me that he would listen to what I wanted and would give me options which he did. I was won over by not only by the product but his professionalism and knowledge of the car as well as the process. It was a totally different experience than what I encountered at Toyota.
