I was extremely disappointed with the handl My husband and I have been customers of Klaben for at least the last 15-20 years purchasing numerous cars. I was extremely disappointed with the handling of my Edge. To make a long story short, the service engine light was on well before my extended warranty ran out. It was on at my last oil change. I was told it was regarding my gas cap. When I brought it in 2 Saturdays ago it was still on, I waited an exceptionally long time for my oil change and was told it would be $120 now to diagnose the engine light. Funny...warranty expired...now we pay attention to the light. I cannot fault Kyle. He was very, very sweet. He knew I was upset and called later in the afternoon to try and offer to pick my car up free of charge. Couldn't take him up on it. My husband and I traded in both our cars and purchased 2 new cars at another Ford dealer and received great deals and great treatment! I am sorry that it came to this. And I must say the Mike Brandvold has ALWAYS been outstanding and I will miss working with him! More
